Kinnelon Custom Residence

As Part Of The Schematic Design Phase our client required simple sketched imagery to better understand our design concept.  As you will see in the following photographs, the residence as it was originally and the final completion of the new residence.  A successful depiction of the design intent!

This illustration was purely pen and ink.

Father Michael J. Carnavale Faith Formation Center

As A Presentation To The Church Building Committee  in order to best illustrate our design concept and the Tuscan scheme intent, we prepared a simplistic rendered hand sketch.  This helped the committee to make decisions during the project.  You can see in the photographs how the aesthetic was kept consistent even though design changes occurred during the project.

This was a hand sketched pen and ink rendering with colored pencils.
