Brick Rehab Residence
Diamond in the rough "down the shore". A foreclosure turned stunning! A second story dormer addition on the front was all that was needed to transform this house into a 4-bedroom, 3-bath beauty! The outside is deceiving of what awaits inside.
A 2-story entrance, extends into the family room which further leads to a high-end kitchen with an 8-person eating area. The dining room is a billiards room connecting to a warm and welcoming living room. The 4th bedroom is adjacent to the family room with a full bath also accessible from the entrance.
The 2nd story boasts a master bedroom suite complete with a hidden shower, a soaking tub with his and hers closets. 2 additional bedrooms, a full bath and a monstrous sunporch overlooking the backyard.
Kinnelon Custom Residence
Luxurious living in an upscale lake community. The original house was old and way too small. The owners wanted to stay here and retain a memory of the original house while basically rebuilding from scratch.
Certain features and elements were retained and/or recreated, such as the location of the front chimney and even some window locations so as to reminisce "the old house". The new house boasted gables and dormers with windows in all the right places to naturally light the beautiful wood and stone interiors. A guest wing, wine cellar and a private home theatre are just a few of the many new amenities within this great new home.
Sparta Theatre - American Place Movies Executive Screening Rooms
The return of the Sparta Theatre was the main stipulation in this new building on the original theatre site. While increasing the usability of this site with a national eatery, a luxury hair salon, and prime office space, the main goal was to bring back a hometown theatre.
The lower level of this building was designed to house 3 new state-of-the-art executive screening rooms where natural light was not necessary. American Place Movies built and operate this new theatre along with their own concessions, wider high-back tilting seats and state-of-the-art Dolby Digital Surround Sound.
Father Michael J. Carnavale Faith Formation Center
This wonderful community center aspired from the Franciscan roots of its' congregation. Its' gracious purpose was not only to serve as a multi-function place of assembly, but also to house and support the over 60 ministries that served its' faithful.
The construction was energy efficient with insulated concrete forms and cost effective pre-stressed concrete plank. All while the buildings' aesthetic was reminiscent of its' ancestry.
Rudolph & Beer Law Offices
Park Avenue. This renowned entertainment law firm was growing and needed new offices in an upscale location to represent their up and coming clientele, but they were on a budget.
An innovative design concept gave them the look to go with their new upscale location for "pennies" over the lease agreement. This creative and simple theme tied together 3000 square feet of new office space which later grew to over 6000 square feet in the same cost effective fashion. An award worthy solution for award winning talent!
Loews Village Theatre VII
First of its' kind. This was the first theatre to have screens stacked in a ten story building. 3 large theatres on top of each other and 2 side-by side on 2 more levels. The mezzanine levels house the restrooms and the projection booths.
This was also the first Lucasfilm THX Certified theatre in New York City. The building expressed the 2-story concession spaces and the escalators using large glass facades. A first class theatre for a first class city.
Moving Images Post Production Studios
A production in itself. This self contained post production studio was designed to be home for long and collaborative editing sessions. A single space with so much involvement!
A working home for long post production sessions, this space was made to be comfortable and collaborative. Editing professionals perform their magic up front while the clients work and orchestrate on the second tier, while able to relaxing after long sessions on the third tier. This space has more going on than the bridge of the Enterprise!

Cricket Childrens' Clothing & Toys
For children only. This boutique is for kids and everything about them. A very casual shopping experience for everything from clothing to unique toys.
Bottom line, if you cant find it here, they will find it for you! All in all, a store about everything kids, simply stated in a very casual setting.
Natexis Banque Global Video Conferencing
A global connection. An international banking company needed to stay in touch. Conferencing between New York, Paris, California, Tokyo and Germany was in sync. This facility brought everyone together in one meeting.
The large conference table divides into multiple settings for everything from training to group sessions. All along while retaining global inter-connectivity. A split screen can be configured to work as one large screen or smaller screens representing the banks' other locations, all at the same time. Video cameras would literally follow each speaker in the room with smooth seamless motion. Literally, a world class facility for a world class company.

Bedford - St. Martins' Press
A division of St. Martins' Press, Bedford books could not fit in the Flatiron Building any more. They were scattered amongst multiple floors and needed to consolidate into one facility. This was achieved with less square footage and efficient circulation planning.
The plan was kept simple and collaborative. Editors and their assistants were placed on the windowed perimeter while support spaces, graphic departments and storage was in the middle where natural light wasn't necessary. A central serpentine corridor connected the two ends of this 22,000 square foot enclave of creative talent.

Ramsey Golf & Country Club Banquet Facilities
Sound design. Exactly that. When we were called to discuss the clubs' noise problems because of their new four seasons spaces, we integrated new finishes and lighting into the solution.
When all was said and done, there was no difference in acoustics between the interior rooms and their adjoining glass and metal additions.
The same scenario took place on the upper level in the clubs' Bar and Grill along with the same solutions. A seamless job with a seamless mindset!
